Destinations Coaches was started in 2008 after the company owner realised that after working for many years in the industry, personal service to the customer was seriously lacking.
We have always stood by the Company Vision of Care - Comfort & Courtesy as we know that you, the customer has a choice.
After many years experience in the coaching industry travelling extensively in the U.k. and Europe, we know that the Quality of the Service from all of our staff, is paramount to the success of the Company so far, and whilst we are not by any means the biggest company in respect of vehicles, we strive to be the biggest company in terms of the quality of our service.
All our drivers are CRB checked, have valid Driver Qualification Cards, and all our vehicles are fully insured and regularly maintained and serviced.
All of our vehicles are fitted with seat belts, reclining seats, air conditioning, have toilet facilities and curtains.
Since 2008 we have grown from a 16 seat Mini coach, to a 32 seat coach and now two 49 seat Executive vehicles, one of which can be retrofitted with tables.
We have undertaken work to many Local and National Clients, many of whom return year after year, and have organised many group holidays and day trips

All our staff are trained to efficiently handle all situations so that they are able to quickly solve the problems faced by our customers. We also have a very efficient tracking system so that every single customer complaint is properly logged into our system to ensure that there is absolutely no slippage and they are all properly solved to the fullest satisfaction of our customers.
